Who wants to play Craft It Forward? Handmade gifts are the best and don't you just love to receive little packages with doilies, bows and masking tape on them? I do!

How do you participate?

It's simple! You just need to leave a comment on this blogpost and the first five who do that will receive one of the packages full of handmade stuff I put together! When you receive it, you need to blog about it (before the end of 2012) and give away five handmade things to five other people too! Yay for handmade! :D

First I'm going to write about one of my favorite blogs and later on today I'm posting something about the Craft It Forward project (and then I'm giving away five handmade items!).

Eva from Misako Mimoko is one of my favorite artists/designers/makers! She makes and sells all kinds of things; from stuffed dolls to fake watches. I really would love to own one of her fun dolls someday! She has this amazing vintage-like style that I just adore.

Craft It Forward 01.

Hello!

I'm that kind of person that wants to do a thousand things all in one free day and then eventually ends up staring at a television or computer screen. Sometimes I'm just overwhelmed by ideas, thoughts and plans, do you ever get that feeling?

Well, I planned to write this blog post for ages now and I just never did. *slaps herself in the face* But here it finally is!

I received this lovely deer head from Marlous (Planet Fur) a while back. She gave some of these away because of this fun project; Craft It Forward! The idea is that you make five things, give them away to five different people and then they should blog (!!!) about it and give five handmade items away too! Okay. So I failed at the blogging part. Of course I hope you won't. ;)

Marlous makes all kinds of cute stuff for your home (or wedding!) under the name of Planet Fur! She owns an Etsy shop where she sells her handmade products, you should definitely check it out! Besides making beautiful things, she also is the kindest person, has a gorgeous home (follow her blog to see lots of pictures!) and owns the cutest little cat; Molly!

This Sunday she will give a workshop in making felt deer heads (like the one she sent me) in my shop Elle Aime in Rotterdam! I can't wait!

I received an envelope full of awesome goods from Sandra Juto. I'm going to send her one full of tea today! (We did a swap.) ;)

I saw and heard (birds singing) the first signs of spring. :)

I received and sorted out lots of new materials for the workshop 'making jewelry' which we're going to give in my tiny shop Elle Aime this Sunday. I can't wait! There are still some spots left, so you can still sign up for this workshop!

I worked on my first paper doll. Tomorrow I will add it to my Etsy shop!

I made some needle felted tea pots, bears, baby seals and stuff like that together with my aunt, niece and my mom. If you want to learn how to needle felt yourself, you can attend our workshop in March!

I wrote an old fashioned love letter for someone special. :)

I received this beautiful book full of paper dolls (by Emily Martin, or The Black Apple) from Philomeen!

I organized a workshop 'making stamps' in my shop Elle Aime for the fourth time; Tarah and Cris from Kitty Darkness Designs taught 15 participants how to make their own stamps! Fun!

I baked lots of cupcakes for the workshop 'making stamps' in my shop Elle Aime.

I received a post card from a friend who is staying in Canada at the moment.

Sorry I've been 'away' for so long.. Of course I've been on a holiday (or two). :) I hope you had a great one (or two?) yourself!

I've been busy with my newest collection of items and drawings lately. These will be for sale in my Etsy shop soon (which is now closed, I will do a 'grand opening' soon & it will be filled up with new items, like prints, cards, necklaces, brooches and more!).

Hello, you!

Sorry for my absence. ;) I've been busy with the shop (Elle Aime), but also with some custom portraits for different people (thank you for all the assignments!). :)

I just wanted to tell you about some limited prints (above) I'm selling in the online shop of Elle Aime! There are only twenty of each and they will be all signed and numbered by me. I hope you like them! I'm going to use these drawings to make a whole new collection of items. I closed my Etsy shop as I'm working on those new items; prints, stickers, buttons, pocket mirrors, brooches, jewelry and more! Of course I will keep you updated.

Hi, there!

Long time no see. I'm sorry I did not post anything for a while.. I've been very busy with opening my new (real!) shop Elle Aime in Rotterdam! The opening was great! To see some pictures, click here!

I've made some new drawings lately and this is one of them (above)! Normally I would go for more colors, but I made this drawing into a t-shirt design for All Tropical! If enough people vote, share & leave comments, this design will be printed on t-shirts! Yay! That would be great, right? So of course I'm going to ask you to rate my design. ;) Of course you don't have to if you don't like it, but if you do; thaaaaaank you! :D You're awesome, you know that?

It's really easy, go here and join All Tropical. It's easy and quick and you don't get annoying e-mails afterwards or something like that. :) Thanks for the effort!

Besides opening up the shop and working on the online shop (coming soon!) and drawing and and .. I've also been busy organizing a new workshop! It's a workshop where you can make your own jewelry by combining new materials with vintage finds! I love flea markets and I've collected a lot of little toys, trinkets, goods, beads, buttons and more. Of course I can't use them all myself, so let's share. :) I really hope you can join me on June 19 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands to make some necklaces and bracelets! Or maybe a fun brooch!

In three weeks I'm opening my new shop! Oh my.. I have so much to do before that! Making business cards, invitations, flyers about the workshops, decorating, making contracts, buy wrapping supplies (cute little bags :), and a lot more! But what I also need to keep doing, is drawing! I want to make some new drawings and make a lot of different items with them. Hiii!

First of all thank you for all your lovely words about the new name! I'm really glad you all like it!

We (my parents and I) have been working like mad this weekend. We've made a huge progress! We went from a not-so-white (it was first painted orange and then painted white, but you could still see the orange) space to a very white space and then to a lovely white and light green/blue space with lightning, a perfect table (for workshops & working), shelves and more! I'm really excited about the outcome. Of course it's still messy and quite empty, but it's starting to look like a real shop now!

The name!

Hi there!

Well, as I promised I will tell you the new name of my shop! ;)

I changed it, because I thought 'LM kwadraat' sounded a little too 'technical', it had an abbreviation and it was too Dutch. But I still wanted to do something with my (and my mom's) initials!

So now I found the perfect name! It's not Dutch, but French. A lovely language and a little bit more 'international' (for some reason..). (I love Paris (and France), I visited Paris six times now and I hope to make many more trips to that amazing city!)

It still has something to do with LM and it suits the style of the shop; it's more sweet and feminine than 'LM kwadraat'.

The only thing is; I did not come up with the name myself, but the lovely Laura Manfre (a.k.a. Sister Planet) did! As you can see, her initials are also LM!

I probably will be selling her cute illustrations in my shop! Thank you, Laura!!

What do you get when you say L M in French? Yes, indeed! Two words, and they mean; She loves. Of course I will be selling all kinds of things that I (and hopefully a lot of you ladies out there) love!

After a lot of thinking and thinking and asking and talking and thinking.. I finally decided how the shop will be called! I'm not going to reveal it right now (sorry! ;), I will do that tomorrow night!

I'm off to bed now, because tomorrow I will be working in the shop; we have a lot of painting to do! Along with the name and logo, I will also post some new pics of the process tomorrow!

It's all in the name

Hi, there!

I need your help!

As you may know I'm opening my new (real!) shop on the 15th of May! I'm also going to set up an international webshop filled with all the handmade goodies I sell in the real shop in Rotterdam.
I decided to call the shop 'LM kwadraat'. My initials are LM and my mothers are too; she is going to rent the space above my shop and use it as a workplace. I'm also going to sell her jewelry in my shop. 'kwadraat' means 'squared' as in LM x LM = LM^2. You can also see it as me; LM; selling my work and work by other designers, but also giving workshops; LM x LM. Well, a little hard to explain, but I hope you understand. ;) It's a name we came up with a long time ago, sort of as a joke.

Now, the question is; is it a good name? I like it in Dutch, but how do not-Dutch people look at the name? If I'm going to start an international webshop it has to have an international name, or not? A name that everyone is going to remember? Not "err.. it was something like LM k..??"
Of course I would like the shop to have the same name as the webshop!

What should I do? Should I keep the name 'LM kwadraat' or should I choose another one? ( Turn it into 'LM squared' would give problems, there is another company called that way! )
And if I need to choose a new one; how?!

I'd love to hear what you think; I need your opinion (Dutch and non-Dutch!)! Thank you!!

Hello!

I haven't been blogging for over a week! So I thought it was time for a little blogpost. :)

It's been really busy around here. Opening a real shop is a lottttt of work (and I haven't even really started yet!). But it's the best job I can think of. I'm really happy to have this opportunity!

I'm not only going to sell my own work in my shop. I've been searching for lovely handmade work from other designers and artists from around the world! And I can say I have found some great designers and they were all happy to send me their work so I can sell it! So that's awesome news. Some of them are even making new or custom work for me! I can't really say anything about them until everything is settled, but I can say that I'm going to sell handmade dolls, stamps, cards, prints of illustrations and other artwork, pins, brooches, necklaces, paper dolls, magnets, stickers and more!

I'm not only going to sell these items in my real shop in Rotterdam, I'm also planning on making an international webshop! This will allow you to buy items from the shop, even if you're not able to visit me in Rotterdam. :) But well, I think this is going to take some time.. As I said; it's a lot of work! But I'm excited!

The Sunday Market

Good evening!

Here are some pictures of my booth on the Sunday Market last sunday. It was a fun day, but there was something about this market I did not like. I think it was too big, there were more than 200 market booths! I also did not like the set up of the booths. They were placed in one long 'street' and at the end of that street there was a little entrance into a building (it wasn't very clear that it was an entrance) and there were we.

But well, I did not sell poorly and I got some very lovely compliments! So thanks for everyone who was cheerful and kind! I also got to meet a lot of nice people (whom I normally only 'speak' through Twitter and stuff), like 'The House of Dots' (so awfully kind & sweet! oh, and talented!), 'Miss Thundercat' (which I already met before, lovely girl!), 'Popjes Art' (love her work!), 'Het Zijstraatje' (fun webshop and a very nice gal!).

Tomorrow I'm going to add my new cards, buttons & pocket mirrors to my Etsy shop! Finally! ;) Be sure to take a look!

Good evening!

This is a little poster I've made to announce my new shop! I'm going to hang it up in/on my market booth on the Sunday Market this sunday! :) And I'm going to give the people who buy something from me on this day a coupon 'ticket' which they can use to get 20% off on the official opening of my shop on the 15th of May! But I only have a limited amount of those, so if you're going to visit; be quick! ;)

I hope this will be great weekend! My boyfriend is coming over tomorrow (after a week of not spending any time with him!) and he is going to help me and my father paint the shop! And my mom is going to make homemade chips with a lovely salad for dinner, which she always does on saturdays (and which I looove)!

And of course on sunday I'm going to attend the Sunday Market! Yay! (but I still have a lot of packing and preparing to do!!)

LM kwadraat is born!

Hello!

It's official! I'm now the owner of a shop in ROTABS in Rotterdam!! 'LM kwadraat' (LM squared) is born! ;)

I'm so excited! And I hope it will be a success; that way I can stay there for a very long time and make a lot of new art/items and give a lot of creative and fun workshops!

Having my own place will be very practical, I will have a lovely place to work and sell my stuff, to give workshops and to store all my materials/tools. I guess my room will be quite empty; it's now full of vintage stuff (that I will use as decoration and sell in my shop), a lot (and by a lot I mean a lotttt) of materials for the workshops and of course my drawings and other stuff I make.

But I guess it will also give me more inspiration; my mom and I are now thinking of making a collection of bags and other stuff. :) Yay!

And of course it will be a lot of fun to meet other creative minds and also clients/people who will visit the shop.

Well, the official opening is going to take place at the same time as the Swanmarket (www.swanmarket.nl); May the 15th. The Swanmarket is a lovely market where a lot of people sell their handmade or vintage goods! So if you're creative and you want to sell your stuff at a market; try the Swanmarket! If not; just stop by and take a look! :) I can't wait!

Here are some pictures of the space I rented! It's not huge, but it's big enough (for now). ;)

We're going to clean the floor, paint the walls/ceiling white (they are white, but whiterrr) and I'm going to paint one wall light blue/green/turquoise (hard to explain, haha).

This is ROTABS from the inside. Here you can see the other shops/units. It's a very relaxed place to be, it feels like home already! You can also eat and drink something there (all vegetarian! which is great for me; I have been a vegetarian for over 9 years now).

Here you can see the entrance of the shop. Above the shop there is a workspace; my mom is going to use that space to create her jewelry & glass beads!

Hello, you!

I have some very exciting news. Some of you may already have read it on Twitter.

I am opening a real shop on May the 15th!!!!

A real shop. Oh-my!

This saturday my mum, dad, my boyfriend and I went to the Rotabs Stylecenter in Rotterdam (pictures from the outside above). It's an old fire station which is now used as a place where you (as an artist) can rent a unit and use it as a shop or exposition room or work place.

All units have a downstairs and an upstairs. It's quite hard to explain, but the downstairs is the shop, the upstairs is a work place. I thought I did not needed the upstairs, I only wanted a shop. And I don't have that kind of money; to rent both down and upstairs.

We looked at different units (they're all different sizes) and I first thought I would go for a smaller one (because of the money). But there was another unit that caught our eye. It was painted white (the other ones weren't, they were light brown) and it was one of the biggest units. One problem; it was not possible to only rent the shop and not the work place above. So that was out of the question. Until my father said; why don't you (my mom) rent and use the work place? Hmmm! That was a great idea! My mum makes glass beads and jewelry. But when she's at home there is always something else to do (cleaning, washing, cooking). It would be great for her to have her own real work place (without distractions like the dishes!) to make her pieces of jewelry. So this is how it's going to be;

We will rent the whole unit together (down and up!) to use as a shop and a work place! It will be my shop, it will be her (my mom's) work place.

The shop is going to be called 'LM kwadraat'. Kwadraat means.. well, I don't know how to explain in English, but you can read the name like so; LM^2 (the product of two equal factors).

Why? Because my name is Lisa Manuels and my mothers name is Louise Manuels; our initials are 'LM' and were going to work together! I will sell her jewelry and she will help me with the workshops I'm planning to give!

I will be selling my own drawings as prints, on greeting cards, on buttons/pins, on pocket mirrors, as coloring pages and more! I am going to try to use my drawings on more products.

I also will be selling work by my mother; she makes jewelry with handmade glass beads and crochetted pieces. (hard to explain, but I will post some pictures soon!).

And also work by other artists will be sold in my shop. More about that later on!

And as I said I will be giving different creative workshops!

I guess this post is way too long, so I'll tell you more about this later on. I'm planning on making pictures of the total process; from an empty unit to my own little shop full of colorful treasures. I really can't wait!!

Today my little stickerbook from Moo.com arrived! It's full of little colorful stickers with my drawings on them! :) They would look nice on a card or a present, I guess!

On one picture you can also see some of my newest tiny buttons! :)

All of these products (buttons, stickers, greeting cards, etc) will be for sale at the Sunday Market in Amsterdam on April 3!

Good day to you!

I'm quite happy. Why? Because the greeting cards I ordered at moo.com arrived today! :D I was afraid they wouldn't arrive before my first market (the Sunday Market on April 3). But fortunately they did!

I made some quick (and quite ugly) pictures of them, because I wanted to show you them right away! But I'll make better pictures later on. ;) Of course I will be selling these on the Sunday Market, but also on other markets this year (see this blogpost!).

I first have a lot of other things to do and sort out, but I guess I'll put them up in my Etsy shop as soon as I find the time for it!

I hope you are having a great sunday today, of course with a lot of sunshine! ;)

I thought I'd make a little list of the markets I'm attending or trying to attend this year! If you live in the Netherlands (or if you will be here in that period of time) I would love for you to come by and visit one (or allll!) of those markets!

April 3: I hope I can attend the Sunday Market in Amsterdam that day. I'm not totally sure about that one; but I think I will know more of that soon! www.sundaymarket.nl

May 4: On this day I'm not going to sell my drawings, but I'm going to sell vintage and retro stuff. I collected a lot of vintage/retro home ware, toys and more and I just don't have space for it! Haha. So I'm selling a lot of it (for a very good price!) on the 4th of May in Gouda, the market is called 'het Gouds Mont Martre'. Go here for more info.

May 15: I will probably be selling my stuff on the Swan Market in Rotterdam. There are two possibilities; or I will just rent a market booth for that day on the Swan Market. Or I will have a little shop in the building (I hope sooo!!) were the Swan Market is being held. www.swanmarket.nl

June 11: I will be attending the 'kunstmarkt' (art fair) in Barendrecht (it's a town close to Rotterdam) on June 11. I will have a booth inside the town hall (het gemeentehuis).

June 25: I hope I will be attending the Bazar Bizar in Rotterdam this year! I don't know if I will, I just sent out an e-mail.. So I guess I will hear from them soon. :) www.bazarbizarrotterdam.nl

June 26: On the next day I'm going to try and sell my drawings and other handmade things on the La Feria Market in Breda! www.LaFeriaMarket.hyves.nl

I think I will be attending more markets this year, but I don't really know yet! I'll keep you updated. :)

Hello, you!

Here is a little pic of my buttons/pins! It's fun to make those (I'm glad it's fun, 'cause I have the materials to make 1500 of them.. Haha!)! They will be available (along with 15 framed prints of my drawings!) in a shop called La Vie Jolie in Asten (a town in the Netherlands). I went there today and they're now finishing things up (it's a new shop) and I think it's going to look lovely..

But I also need to make a lot of those buttons for the Sunday Market which I hopefully will attend soon (03-04-11)!

The only thing is.. I also ordered materials to make little pocket mirrors. But they come out totally weird! :( I hope this problem will be solved soon, because I want to get on with making them fast! It'll be okay. I'm sure. :)

Andddd some exciting news! This week I went to Rotabs in Rotterdam. It's an old building full of little units that artists and creative people can rent to sell and make their art/products in there! I'm planning on renting one soon, because I absolutely love the idea of having my own space and selling my drawings and other things in a real shop! But that's not the only reason I want to rent a unit; it's also possible to use the space to give workshops! And I've been looking for a suitable place to do so for a while now. So that would be great; a space where I can work, sell my drawings, cards, buttons, pocket mirrors and more and where I also can give creative workshops! Yay!

I really hope it's going to work out..! But I'll definitely will keep you updated. :)

Good morning!

Yesterday my grandmother turned 75, so I made her a drawing. :) She liked it! Yay!

I drew her with a little duck (she loves ducks and other birds and she took/takes care of a lot of them). Of course I did not drew here like an old lady ('cause I think she isn't!), but her hair is the same as I drew it (yes, she has a ponytail!) ;D!

In a few hours I'm going to see that space that I'm planning on renting.. Excitinggg!

I've made a little new drawing, although it's not finished yet. I think it's going to be part of a series with all baby and mommy animals. Hope you'll like 'em!

Tomorrow is an exciting day.. I'm going to be looking at a space that I'm planning on renting (well, maybe.. if everything is as I hope it will be) and using as a little shop (yay!!) and as a workshop space! Which is great, because I'd love to have my own little space where I can sell my drawings and where I can give all sorts of creative workshops. It's a little scary, I don't why.. It just is. Haha!

Hiii!

Tonight I ordered new cards and stickers! I really hope they will arrive before 03-03-11, because I want to rent a market booth at the Sunday Market in Amsterdam on that day! :)

Here is a little screenshot of the designs I used to make the cards! They will be greeting cards, with a white envelope.

I made four little 'series'. One with the bear on green, bunny and bee on pink, two swans on blue. One with the badger in the dress and the one next to it with all the colored stuff (haha). One with the girl in the red dress and the blue hair and the pink one with two girls, a bunny and more. And one collection of the rest of the cards (the bear & bunny knitting, the girl in the red chair, the bunny and her baby, the mouse on the house and the woman with the knitting supplies & kitties).

Well, I guess it's a little hard to see, but I will make better pictures when they arrive!

This is one of my latest drawings. I think it would be a nice one for in a kids bedroom! I already framed a print of this drawing in a cute white frame and I think it looks very nice. :)

Hiii!

Tonight I printed and framed three of my drawings. I'm going to frame twelve others tomorrow! It seems quite easy, but it takes a lot of time. But it's worth it; these prints will probably be available in a (real!) shop soon! If it all goes well I'll share some more info later on! ;)

Above there are some snapshots of the framed illustrations. I never thought I would make, print and frame a drawing in one day, but I did (the drawing with the tiny girl on the big red chair).

I went to the Swanmarket in Rotterdam today. There were about 50 market booths with a lot of vintage, handmade & cupcakes. :) It was a very nice market, so maybe I will attend & try to sell my drawings there some time!

I met the owner of Diversitijd today (always nice to see each other in real life after tweeting & tweeting & tweeting ;D). Diversitijd is a lovely webshop with all kinds of vintage/retro stuff! I bought this cute squeaky bear! It's a very nice addition to my collection (oh my, too much stuff, too little space!).

Hiiii!

It's March! Yay! We get closer and closer to spring. I'm really looking forward to spring this year, I want warm and sunny days, singing birds, green trees and flowers everywhere! Oh and vegan picknicks with my friends in the parc! .. Aaaah.. Well, we'll have to wait a little longer for that, but we're almost there!

Hello, there!

I just want to give you a quick update on what I'm working on. My plan is to make two different collections of new drawings. With these drawings I want to make new products like cards, stickers, buttons, tote bags and more!

I want to do a collection especially for kids (of course the older kids could like it too!). This collection of drawings will be colorful, fun, cheerful and happy! This is a little peek at what I'm working on. It's not finished yet, of course all of the drawings will be in the same colors and they will fit together as a series! (sorry for the quick & bad screenshots, haha!)

But I also want to make a series for older kids (like you, ;)!). Or maybe they are called grown ups. Well, it's not like this collection is only for 'grown ups', it's just a different collection. The other is more fun and colorful and this one is more detailed, 'mystical' and has more natural colors. I think. These drawings are far from finished, but I thought it was nice to give you an idea of what I'm currently working on!

This week is a week full of doing things that just need to be done (most of the time they had to be done much earlier, you know how that goes..). I'm sending out e-mails, finishing a drawing job, adding new items to my Etsy shop and coming up with new ideas for the upcoming year!

I want to do sooo many things. Sometimes I'm just paralyzed because I have too much ideas. Do you know what I mean? You just don't know where to start!

Well, I guess I need to make a list and use it to stay on track. :)

My list for this week (no, you don't have to read it, haha!)

- make a list (woooh, I'm doing it!)

- send out important e-mails; 1 to go, 2 already done

- pay for that art fair I'm attending in June. (was it June..? err..)

- finish drawing assignment; making drawings for kids!

- add new items to my Etsy shop; transfer sheets, brooches and prints!

- find a birthday present for my mum and think about my birthday present for my boyfriend!

- come up with new ideas for an all new collection full of new drawings & products! yay!

- finish assignment; making prints for someone.

- add some new card designs to my Send A Smile shop

- make more examples for the workshops I'm planning to do!

- make pictures of the examples

- I want to see my boyfriend (saw him yesterday, miss him already..)

Okaaaaay, I probably come up with tons of things I need to do this week, but these are the things I want to do!

I'm sorting my stuff out (is that the right way to say that?). Well, it always has to get worse first and then it will get better.. eventually. Haha! Workshops!

Hi there!

Yesterday my aunt, niece, my mother and I made a really big mess! Not just for fun (although it was a lot of fun!), but to think about the workshops I'm planning to give in the nearby future! I'm going to give workshops in making jewelry with vintage (and secondhand) materials. We also made some examples of what you can make during this workshop, but that was harder than we thought! It takes a lot of time to figure out what you're going to make, because I have a large collection of old buttons, ribbons, toys, beads, fake flowers, little porcelain statues, wooden blocks, puzzle pieces, old necklaces and much, much more. The collection is growing and growing (went to a flea market yesterday, going to two tomorrow).

Of course I will give these workshops in the Netherlands, so it won't be very interesting for all of you. :)

I will give you more information about these workshops very soon!

I don't look very happy on the picture above.. I was! But I was concentrating.. verrry hard. ;)

I'm so busy lately, I did not find the time to blog! :( But I just wanted to thank some people here!

Hi there!

My shop is now open for almost a week! I have had a lot of great reactions and some favorites! So that's very nice. :) I'm now very busy with making new stuff, adding new items and promoting myself!

I'm also into making treasuries again! It's so much fun!

Here is a treasury I made only with the items of Dutch etsians! I'm kinda proud of them, because they all make great things and great pictures of their products!

Hi there!!

I finally opened my Etsy shop! I only listed three items today, three original drawings. But there is so much more to come! Tomorrow I will list some necklaces and maybe some postcards or stickers!

I love the fact I finally have my own little shop! Digitally, but well.. It's a start! And I love everything about Etsy, it just looks and feels right. I really hope I will make some sells in the future!

Hiii!

Tomorrow I'm opening my brand new Etsy shop! So today I've been very busy taking pictures of my drawings.. It's so hard to make good photos of your products. I had plenty ideas, but to execute them is harder than it seems!

I guess I will get better at it in time. :)

Tomorrow I will make pictures of my jewelry! I hope they come out good..

You ugly zazzle!

Good morning!

I'm still in my apple green bathrobe with my name embroidered on it (present from the boy!). :) And I'm trying to figure out how zazzle.com works. If you don't know it; it's a website where you can sell products online with your design on it, like t-shirts and buttons. I like the idea of my drawings on buttons and mugs and stuff, but I just don't like the lay out of the website! Maybe because I'm spoiled with the beautiful design of Etsy.com. It's just prettier! But well, maybe later on I will find a way to make my own Zazzle shop the way I like it to be.

Here is a new drawing I made. I didn't draw that much lately, so I'm just doodling to get the 'feeling' back. ;) Hope you like it!
